Understanding Survey Participants

Our study gathered valuable insights from 62 participants, comprising 20 Executives and 42 Agile Team members. This diverse group ensures we have perspectives from both strategic leadership and the operational frontline. A key demographic insight is that most respondents work in large organizations of 2000+ employees, particularly in the Gaming sector, with a significant portion having more than 5 years of Agile practice. This means our findings are heavily influenced by experienced, large-scale Agile environments, offering a rich view of mature adoption. The roles represented are also diverse, including primarily  Executive Managers, Product Manager, Agile Coaches, and a few Engineers. This breadth ensures a holistic understanding of the Agile ecosystem.
