Agile Transformation Readiness

The Agile Transformation Readiness Assessment is designed to help Startups, Scaling Businesses, Traditional Enterprises and Technology & Product Teams, evaluate their readiness for adopting Agile ways of working. It covers key areas such as Leadership and Vision, Culture and Mindset, Processes and Workflows, Team Dynamics, and Technology and Tools. Through 20-25 thought questions, the assessment introduces core Agile concepts and helps organizations reflect on their current capabilities, openness to change, and areas that may need development to support a successful Agile transformation. Without embracing Agile, organizations risk falling behind- trapped in rigid processes, slow to adapt, and unable to meet evolving customer demands. In today’s fast-paced world, standing still isn’t safe; it’s the fastest way to become obsolete.
